Your use of NotRot is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), unless a different agreement is presented in the App Store. The following notices describe important NotRot-specific conditions and are incorporated to the extent permitted by the Standard EULA.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. NotRot is not directed to children.

Learning and focus tool

NotRot provides self-directed learning, quiz, focus-scheduling, and app-management tools. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, professional advice, or an emergency service. Results, streaks, time estimates, and focus-token mechanics are motivational features, not guarantees of health, academic, financial, or productivity outcomes.

Screen Time controls

With your authorization, NotRot uses Apple Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity frameworks to apply the schedules and shields you configure. System behavior can vary with device settings, authorization, operating-system behavior, time changes, and app availability. You remain responsible for confirming that important communications and emergency resources remain available. NotRot provides an emergency bypass and schedule controls, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or blocking.

AI-generated content

AI-generated questions and responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review generated material before relying on it. Do not submit confidential, regulated, infringing, harmful, or unlawful content. You grant Terra Arrte and its service providers permission to process material you intentionally submit only as needed to provide the requested AI function, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Your content

You retain rights you hold in notes, decks, and other material you provide. You are responsible for having permission to use that material and for ensuring it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions are billed by Apple to your Apple Account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices and billing periods shown by Apple at purchase control. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings and restore eligible purchases from NotRot. Any free app-access period described by NotRot before purchase is separate from an Apple subscription trial unless Apple’s purchase sheet expressly states otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse NotRot, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate law or others’ rights, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or submit content intended to harm systems or people.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service-provider changes, or product operation. The Standard EULA governs warranty disclaimers, liability limits, termination, and other license terms.
